How can teaching evaluation integrate multiple evidence sources to improve STEM teaching practices? The group is developing a system that integrates student assessments, peer observation, and self-reflection for teaching evaluation. The group pilots augmented student assessments focused on observable best practices rather than impressions. The group implements a consistent peer-observation protocol including guided pre-briefing and debrief sessions to support evidence-based evaluation. The group is assessing the pilot toward broader implementation to inform teaching-evaluation models in STEM.
