Lee Reinhardt studies how T cells and innate lymphoid cells coordinate type-2 inflammation in mucosal tissues. His group investigates parasite immunity, allergic susceptibility, and the development and functions of helper and regulatory T-cell populations, using reporter mouse models to follow immune-cell decisions. Research also explores how microgravity and lunar environments affect pulmonary immunity. He holds appointments at National Jewish Health and the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
